- All hats are final sale. All hats have adjustable bands.

   *If a hat arrives damaged, please contact us. We will ask for pictures of the damage. Send to untamedorchidtn@gmail.com

- Hat Bar event deposits are non-refundable - if something comes up, please contact us to reschedule your event.

- Please allow 1 for in stock items to ship

- Please allow 10-15 days for custom orders to be made and shipped
